A winding dust road crosses the Ugandan savanna at dusk beneath a glowing amber sky

Every colour · Every ability · Every gender

Walk as One.

In a time of so much divide and hate, we need something positive to show us the way. In August 2027, people of every shape, colour, ability and gender will walk the length of Uganda — 650 kilometres, side by side — to show that we are strongest and can achieve great things when we come together, and to raise £200,000 for International Justice Mission, who provide justice to those who would otherwise be denied it. When persecutors know there are consequences, they think twice before committing a crime.

Our mission

Love, equality and acceptance — one step at a time.

The only way forward for a peaceful and bright future is love and acceptance — respecting everyone and treating everyone equally. That is what this expedition is about.

We want to see people of every shape, colour, ability and gender walking as one, to show that we are strongest and can achieve great things when we come together. In a time of so much divide and hate, the world needs a positive story.

Every step also funds International Justice Mission, whose teams work alongside local authorities to protect people from violence and slavery, and to bring justice to those who have been denied the equality and respect they deserve. If 30+of us cross the country together, we'll also set a Guinness World Record along the way.
